Abstract
|
|
|
Spiny keratoderma is a dermatosis consisting of multiple projections located on the palms and soles with a distinct
histology characteristic of a parakeratotic column. This disease has been associated with various underlying benign
or malignant diseases. We report a case of a 72-year-old female patient with spiny keratoderma associated with
diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(4):511∼513)
